In 1997, FCRS became one of the area’s first certified Medicare rehabilitation agencies after adding social services to their ongoing physical therapy and occupational therapy capabilities. Certified Medicare rehabilitation agencies are subject to yearly reviews and surprise inspections, for a higher quality of care.
